FlyCheap Detroit provides flight deal alerts and pricing information for flights departing from Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW). Our service includes:
- Curated flight deal alerts delivered via email
- Price monitoring and notification services
- Access to deals, mistake fares, and seasonal features
3. Membership and Payment
3.1 Subscription Fees
Membership fees are charged annually in advance. Current pricing is $99/year for the Single City Boarding Pass (Detroit).
3.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.
3.3 Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time.

5. User Responsibilities
5.1 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and using our service.
5.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
5.3 Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service to:

- Transmit spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

7. Flight Information Accuracy
While we work to provide accurate flight information, prices and availability change frequently. We are not responsible for:
- Price changes after we send an alert
- Flight cancellations or schedule changes
- Booking errors or issues with third-party websites
- Additional fees charged by airlines or booking sites
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyCheap Detroit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
